QUESTIONS
Who owns the store?
You do. We build it in a development store, then transfer ownership to your email. You accept it, choose a Shopify plan and pay Shopify directly. We keep collaborator access only if you want ongoing help, and you can remove it any time.
Why not just start a free trial ourselves?
You can. If you already started a trial store, tell us on the call. Building in a development store lets us work without a clock running and keeps the store private until launch.
What plan should we pick?
It depends on your sales and staff. We walk through the fee math with your own numbers before you accept the transfer.
READ BEFORE THE CALL
