Who we are

Store Raising is operated by Merchant Dash LLC, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. Questions about this policy go to support@merchant-dash.com.

What we collect

• What you enter in our forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, website, your answers about your store and systems, and any notes or message.
• When you tick the consent box, a record of that agreement: the exact wording you saw, the time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string.
• Where the request came from: the page you submitted it on, the site that referred you, and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link you followed.
• If analytics is switched on for this site, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits. We never send what you type into a form to analytics.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule calls, prepare the estimate or quote you asked for, deliver any services you engage us for, and keep a record of your request and your consent.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that store and process it for us: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting) and, for short internal notifications, Slack.
• Shopify Inc., only when you work with us on a Shopify store: we may share your name, business name and contact details with Shopify to register you as our referral or to set up or transfer a store for you.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to respond to you and to keep our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, to show you the information we hold about you, or to delete it. Email support@merchant-dash.com and we will handle it.
