Planning call
30 minutes. We look at what you sell, where it lives today, and what has to work on day one. You get a fixed written quote within two business days.
Build in a development store
We build in a Shopify development store that stays password-protected, so nothing is public until you say so.
Move your data
Products and variants, images, customers, order history if you want it, and a redirect for every old URL that still gets traffic.
Test every order path
Checkout, taxes, shipping rates, emails and payments, tested end to end with test orders before anything is transferred.
Transfer and plan choice
We send the store to your email. You accept it, choose your Shopify plan and enter your own billing details. From then on the store and the Shopify bill are yours.
Go-live
We switch your domain, watch the first orders, and stay on call for the first two weeks.

We are a new practice, operated by Merchant Dash LLC in Philadelphia. We do not show testimonials or client logos, because we will only publish results a client has agreed to share.
Shopify may pay us a referral share when a store we build is transferred to you and you choose a paid plan. That never changes what you pay Shopify. Details are on our disclosures page.
FAQ
How much does a store launch cost?
Two separate bills. Shopify charges your subscription and card processing directly; those prices are on our costs page with sources. We charge a fixed written quote for our work, given after a 30-minute planning call.
Do we have to use a particular Shopify plan?
No. You choose your plan when you accept the store transfer. We show you the fee math at your sales volume so you can pick with real numbers.
Will our Google rankings drop when we move?
Moving platforms always carries some risk. We reduce it by redirecting every old URL that has traffic or links, keeping titles and descriptions, and submitting the new sitemap on launch day.
Can we keep our domain and email?
Yes. We point the domain at Shopify and leave your email records in place. If your domain is registered with your current platform, we plan the move so email does not break.

Do you earn anything from Shopify?
