Move your store to Shopify without losing your links, customers or history.
Every migration has the same four questions: what moves automatically, what needs rework, what cannot move at all, and how to keep old links from breaking. We answer them for your store, in writing, before you commit.
WHAT MOVES AND WHAT DOESN’T
| Part of your store | Result |
|---|---|
| Products, variants, prices, images and descriptions | Moves |
| Collections or categories | Moves |
| Customer names, emails and addresses | Moves |
| Page content and blog posts | Moves |
| SEO titles and descriptions | Moves |
| Order history (imported as read-only records, usually through an import app) | Needs work |
| Product options that do not map one-to-one to Shopify variants | Needs work |
| Custom page layouts, which are rebuilt in the new theme | Needs work |
| Gift card balances and store credit (the method depends on your plan and data) | Needs work |
| Customer passwords (Shopify cannot import them). With Shopify's current customer accounts, customers sign in with a one-time code sent to their email, so nobody needs a new password | Does not move |
| Saved payment cards on your old platform | Does not move |
| Your old platform's apps and plugins: we find Shopify equivalents or confirm you no longer need them | Does not move |

REDIRECTS
We export every URL on your old site that has had traffic or links, map each one to its new Shopify address, and load them as permanent (301) redirects before your domain switches over.

FROM YOUR PLATFORM
Wix
Wix product pages, blog posts and site pages use different URL patterns from Shopify, so every indexed page gets a redirect. Wix-specific apps and booking features need a Shopify replacement or a decision to drop them.
Squarespace
Products and pages export, but layouts do not. We rebuild pages in the Shopify theme and redirect old store and blog URLs. If your domain is registered through Squarespace, we plan the domain move so email and the site do not go down.
WooCommerce
WooCommerce stores often rely on plugins for subscriptions, bundles or product add-ons. We list each plugin, find the Shopify equivalent or confirm it is no longer needed, and price that work before starting.
BigCommerce
Product options and custom fields need a plan for how they map to Shopify variants and metafields. Category URLs and product URLs both get redirects.
Magento (Adobe Commerce)
Magento catalogs can be large and heavily customized. We start with a data audit: attribute sets, configurable products and customer groups, and what each becomes in Shopify.
Etsy
Many makers keep selling on Etsy while opening their own store. We import your listings, set up your own domain and checkout, and help you decide what stays on Etsy.
